Mrs. Martha Nasser was highly
recommend by a friend when we were researching for a real estate agent. When my friend's descriptives of Mrs. Nasser services made us realized that she was the professional that we were researching for, my husband and I, called her immediately. Mrs. Nasser responded to us in a timely manner; and made an appointment for a home visit within a few days.

To summarize our experience with Mrs. Nasser as a real estate agent, the only description that we have about the sale facts of events is that my family and I will always be grateful for Mrs. Nasser's professional performance.

In general, Mrs. Nasser took her time to evaluate our home in terms of today's market. She provided us with valuable advice in terms of the staging of the house. She as well did a research of our community to identify and make sure where did the house stand in terms of marketing desirability. And, Martha Nasser kept in touch with us about the sale progress in a reasonable amount of time.

While we had many questions about the real estate sale potential of the house, in between of our conversations, Mrs. Nasser educated us about the government incentives opportunities available for different clientele. A quite interesting topic for us as sellers because at least we knew the multiple opportunities in which a house had the potential of being sold in an open real estate market.

Beyond, if we had any questions related to a house sale that was out of her professional duty, for my surprise, she had a vast amount of knowledge in terms of resources that we could use for any further questions that she was unable to respond to.

There is nothing that we can say about Mrs. Nasser's commitment towards our needs but to let her know through today's media of how grateful we will always be with her.
